Are your products suitable for my sensitive skin?

Our products have been formulated carefully to not contain any irritating ingredients and are suitable for sensitive skin. In case your skin is extremely sensitive you should always patch-test prior to using.

Are your products suitable for my acne prone skin?

Our products have been formulated carefully to not clog pores and to not flare acne. In case your skin is extremely acne-prone, you should be careful when incorporating new products. Use only one new product at a time so you will be able to know which product caused acne.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

While we do not use any ingredients known to be an issue during pregnancy, we always recommend to consult with your doctor before using any product during pregnancy.

Is your packaging recyclable?

All primary and secondary packaging materials we use are recyclable.

What type of shipping do you use?

We use DHL courier services worldwide.

When will I receive my order?

From the moment you place your order the package will be prepared in 1 day, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, whereupon the order shall be processed the coming Monday. Under normal circumstances you shall receive your package through DHL in less than 4 working days within Europe and less than 7 working days outside the European Union. Upon dispatch of your order you shall be notified by email.

We use DHL in order to ensure maximum guarantee of your delivery, timely, at your door. However, after dispatching your order to DHL we are not responsible for delays.

Due to the unexpected circumstances that COVID-19 has created, in case of delays you will be notified.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide to more than 68 countries. In case your country is under regulatory restrictions concerning shipments and customs we will notify you in advance.

Will I be charged duty fees?

For domestic orders in Greece there is no additional cost attributed to duty fees.

For international shipment, Divine Seeds is not responsible for duties and fees mandated by customs at the country of destination. Please check with your local customs agent for any questions regarding additional fees.

How much will shipping cost?

My package was damaged during shipping. What is your exchange policy?

It is not Divine Seeds' responsibility for damaged shipping but we will make every possible effort for you to receive absolutely intact products.

Do you have a return policy?

Any item you receive that does not meet your standards or that you do not feel it represents the quality advocated in our website, can be returned to us. For further details read our full return policy.

Do you offer discount codes?

You can harvest special benefits if you subscribe to our "Seeds Club", while with all purchases above 100 Euros you get a discount of 10% for very Euro spent.

Do you send samples?

We offer a minimum of 1 free sample with every order.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order comes in a special, safe and customized Divine Seeds box that contains all the products of your choice. You can see the box in our website section "Packaging".

Can I include a personalised gift message with my purchase?

Yes, you can. Please make a special note upon purchase of your order. We will print the personalised gift message in luxury Divine Seeds paper.

Could you deliver to a PO box?

Predominantly for security reasons, Divine Deeds will not process any order for which a P.O. box address has been provided.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Our Flawless Skin Moisturiser and Skin Transforming Serum have an expiration date of 30 months. Our Skin Calming Overnight Mask has an expiration date of 24 months.

All our products also have a PAO, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
